Graham has been an integral part of British Grove Studios since its beginning, joining as a Technical Engineer in 2003 during the studio’s construction.

Prior to British Grove, Graham built a wealth of experience as an Engineer for Decca, PolyGram, and AIR Montserrat. He oversees the maintenance and operation of the studio’s extensive collection of both vintage and modern recording equipment.

In addition to his technical responsibilities, Graham oversees the studio’s archiving department. He manages the transfer of analogue masters, ensuring they are properly prepared for re-mastering and long-term preservation. Graham has overseen re-issue projects for such albums as Roger Waters Amused to Death (2015), and Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of The Moon 50th Anniversary (2023).
