The hiring of the Studios or attending sessions in any capacity does not confer any right to park within the building.
At the discretion of the Studio Managers, parking spaces may be allocated on the basis of 2 per studio, to a maximum of 4, subject to the following conditions…
- Parking is at the vehicle owner's sole risk. No Liability can be assumed by British Grove Studios for any damage, however caused.
- Car keys must be left at reception – in case the car needs to be moved for operational reasons, ie access, building maintenance, deactivation of activated alarms etc without interrupting sessions.
- Unused spaces may be allocated at the discretion of the Studio Manager, subject to operational conditions.
- Parking may need to be suspended at any time for operational reasons.
- Organisation to whom is using the 2 allocated spaces is the responsibility of the booking party.
